viola communications inaugurates offices in dubai

As part of Viola Communication’s regional expansion plan, the capital’s leading communications agency has commenced operations in Dubai with its first new branch located in the Loft Buildings in Dubai Media City.

The announcement was made during the Media and Marketing Show 2007 which Viola participated in for the second year running.

The Dubai office marks the first step of the long term expansion plan that Viola Communications is implementing.  The Dubai branch will provide bilingual client servicing professionals to serve the agency’s clients with the entire marketing spectrum that Viola Communications provides which are Advertising, Public Relations, outdoor media, production and event management. The creative team will be centralized in Abu Dhabi to ensure quality of artwork is maintained.

“Our short term vision is to provide total communication services to the UAE market and then expand regionally.” said Mr. Ammar Sharaf, CEO, Viola Communications. “We have successfully built our reputation in the Abu Dhabi market and we are now ready to expand and offer our services to other emirates.”

V Media, a subsidiary of Viola Communications specializing in outdoor advertising, is in the final stages of obtaining premium outdoor locations in the heart of Dubai. V Media acquired a unique contract earlier in September 2006 when the Abu Dhabi Municipality gave it exclusive rights to a number of important outdoor media sites in the city of Abu Dhabi for a period of 15 years. The agency was also appointed as the communication consultant for all advertising and public relations activities that the municipality undertakes.

“The establishment of the new branch in Dubai comes after securing relationships with leading Dubai based firms alongside those Abu Dhabi based companies that also have operations in Dubai.” Sharaf added.

“We will be soon announcing a partnership agreement with a Saudi based Group to establish an advertising firm to service the Saudi Market as well.” Sharaf continued.
