Wasl opens new customer service centre in Dubai’s Ras Al Khor to better serve customers

Wasl Properties, a subsidiary of wasl LLC, the asset management group owned by Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC), today announced the opening of its fourth customer service centre in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai. The new centre is not only aimed at keeping pace with rising demand in the area, but also at better serving wasl's existing tenants and customers.

The Ras Al Khor customer service centre will serve tenants of Samari Residences, the first significant development to transform the traditionally industrial nature of the Ras Al Khor area into a residential community. Samari Residences, which is located very close to major arterial roads like the Ras Al Khor Road, comprises of 19 buildings with 1,732 one and two bedroom apartments. The development has community focused lifestyle facilities including a large mosque, professional landscaping, 14 children's play areas, and a supermarket. The customer service centre will also serve the tenants of all other wasl projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Abdullah Ishaq, Head of Leasing and Customer Service at Wasl Properties, said: "Our decision to set up this centre in Dubai's Ras Al Khor area reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers across all projects in general, and at Samari Residences, in particular. We are constantly endeavouring to communicate with our customers in their areas of residence."

The centre is set to provide customers with all the necessary services, such as new leases, lease renewals, termination and transfer of lease contracts, as well as follow up on all requests, such as maintenance queries, submitted by customers. The centre will be open 5 days a week, between 9:15 AM to 4:15 PM, except on holidays.

He clarified: "Wasl Properties' policies are aimed at ensuring continuous development and growth while reaching for the highest levels of efficiency in customer service. As our customer base is continuously growing, we will continue to seek appropriate sites for the establishment of integrated service centres for our customers."
