The Wave resort development project worth $ 805 million (RO 310mn) was launched at Muscat Grand Hyatt hotel Tuesday under the auspices of Maqbool bin Ali Sultan Minister of Commerce & Industry. According to ONA, present at the ceremony were Eng. Abdullah bin Abbas bin Ahmed, President of Muscat Municipality, Mohsin bin Khamis al-Balushi, tourism undersecretary and Rajha bint Abdul-Ameer bin Ali, development affairs undersecretary at the National Economy Ministry.
