IBEX Solutions joins PartnersFirst channel programme
Zebra Technologies, the global provider of on-demand printing solutions, has recently appointed IBEX Solutions (Integrated Business Expansion Solutions) as a new authorised reseller in Egypt. IBEX Solutions was established 15 years ago by a group of experienced sales and technical personnel in the field of Automatic Identification and Data Capture. Today IBEX Solutions focuses on Barcode Solutions, RFID, Telecommunications, and wired and wireless Networks.
“Our main focus is not only to sell different solutions but to provide the best level of after sales support, that is why we invested to become the first ZASP (Zebra Authorized Service Provider) in Egypt,” said Ihab Fayez Lawandi, managing director at IBEX Solutions.
IBEX Solutions provides knowledge; skills and equipment that help gain efficiencies and eliminate waste by defining and automating operations. Special focus and products are targeted towards the areas of retail, warehouse automation, sales force automation, distribution, product labeling, warranty tracking and asset tracking.
“There is a fresh focus in the industry on using Zebra technology to make business more efficient, rather than simply for compliance purposes,” said Paul Garner-Evans, regional sales manager at Zebra Technologies. “Mobile applications in particular have opened up opportunities outside the traditional Auto ID space. This has attracted new types of partners to join our programme, including IT-centric resellers.”
PartnersFirst was launched one year ago to differentiate between distributors, resellers buying through distribution and direct resellers. The scheme also now identifies a number of other partner specialities including Technology Partners, of which there are now 50 across EMEA, selling vertical solutions designed to complement Zebra’s products.
