Baba Vanga Beats Simpsons' Predictions: 1996 Prophecies Are Coming True Including Trump's Illness and 4 Others

Even though the Macedonian mystic passed away in 1996, her prophecies continue to make the headlines as they successfully describe today's most shocking events. Shortly before her death, Baba Vanga predicted that the 45th President of the US will fall ill to an unknown disease, which has just come true as Donald Trump continues to recover from the Coronavirus after testing positive last Friday.

Apparently beating predictions made by the popular TV show The Simpsons', the blind psychic had made a series of successful predictions for the future, prior to her death in the Bulgarian capital in August 1996, the Nostradamus of the Balkans had outlined a number of predictions related to controversial global events, many of which have already come true, while we wait patiently for the rest. 

1. 9/11

In 1989, Baba Vanga had predicted that two birds were going to destroy America's brothers, which was later interpreted following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, in which two airplanes deliberately targeted New York City's Twin Towers in 2001.

 "Horror, horror! The American brothers will fall after being attacked by the steel birds... The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing."

2. Barack Obama's Presidential Win

Baba Vanga had successfully predicted that the 44th president of the United States will be African American, which came true in November 2008, when Barack Obama was elected as the first black US President and served for another term when he was reelected in 2012.

3. China Will be a Superpower by 2018

According to Nostradamus of the Balkans, China was going to rank amongst the world's strongest powers by the year 2018. In December 2019, CNBC reported that China has ranked the world's 2nd largest economy with a GDP of $13.1 trillion.

4. Brexit in 2016

Baba Vanga had predicted that Europe will undergo an acute economic crisis during the year 2016, the same year the UK decided to leave the European Union causing a lot of economic distress.

5. Donald Trump Falling Ill to a Mysterious Sickness

During her last year, Baba Vanga expected that the 45th president of the US will suffer an unknown disease that will greatly impact him and will potentially leave him deaf and cause him a brain tumor. 

While Trump has indeed contracted COVID-19 last week,  none of the disease symptoms or side effects suggest that he will lose hearing or have any brain damage. However, COVID-19 is said to have a permanent impact on the lungs of those who recover from it.

The US President continues to receive medication while in the White House, after leaving the Walter Reed hospital last Monday.

However, the semi-literate mystic had made a number of failed predictions as well, including a nuclear and chemical third world war between the years November 2010- October 2014, which never took place, fortunately. She also expected Europe to be nearly uninhabited by the year 2016.
