ALBAWABA - A shooting attack took place at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, killing 10 people and injuring at least 11 others during a Hanukkah celebration, the police announced on Sunday.
Australian police mentioned that one of the attackers is among the 10 killed in the shooting attack.
The police said that one suspect was killed at the scene, while the other was injured and is being treated. The motivation of the attack has not been disclosed yet.
"Police are responding to a developing incident at Bondi Beach and are urging the public to AVOID the area. Anyone at the scene should take shelter," New South Wales police said.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the Bondi Beach shooting, saying it is a "cruel attack on Jews". He said, "At these very moments, our sisters and brothers in Sydney, Australia, have been attacked by vile terrorists in a very cruel attack on Jews."

A person posted a photo allegedly showing the driver's license of one of the Bondi Beach gunmen. In the alleged picture, it was seen that the name is "Naveed Akram" and that he was born in 2001.
Australian ABC reported, citing a security official, that the police have identified one of the gunmen in the Sydney attack and that his name is "Naveed Akram," confirming the driver's license's photo, which was previously shared online.
