ALBAWABA - Israel has imitated the United States after it distributed photos of Hamas leaders on playing cards.

Photos and videos were shared online showing pictures of Hamas leaders including Yahya Sinwar and Mohammed Deif printed on playing cards.

Many social media users widely shared pictures of the cards and said that Israel is currently copying the American style in its war on Iraq which lasted from 2003 to 2011.

In detail, the American troops also received playing cards with photos of Iraqi officials on them including then-Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

A person posted a photo of the playing cards and wrote: "10,000 unique decks of cards were distributed in recent days to IDF soldiers in Gaza, each containing 52 images of wanted senior Hamas figures, including the terrorist group's leader in the Gaza Strip Yahya Sinwar and the shadowy chief of its military wing Mohammed Deif."

Meanwhile, another shared old US cards and Israeli cards and said: "Who remembers the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the Ba’ath deck of cards? 20 years later, the Israelis issue the same deck of playing cards with Hamas leaders. They think it’s a game and they haven’t learned a thing."
