Netizens were shocked asking how can scientists develop a brand new vaccine for "Disease X," which is still unknown and has not been discovered yet what it is at the current stage.
BBC reporter in the clip said: "The British government has unveiled a new vaccine research facility to prevent a new pandemic."
According to the journalist, the researchers and experts at the new facility are working on a new vaccine for what is known as "Disease X or the next pandemic".
The BBC presenter has ignited wide controversy on social media where people debated whether governments already know what is been planned for the future or whether there is already a new Disease X spreading in the world and governments are being silent.
