ALBAWABA - The daughter of belated Iraqi president Saddam Hussein celebrated her 55th birthday last Saturday by commemorating her father.

In a post on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter, she spoke about an old birthday incident between her and her father Saddam Hussein, which she described as a day that she will always remember on each birthday.

In a post on Twitter, Raghad Saddam Hussein posted a photo of herself wearing a tiger dress and wrote: "Abu Raghad, this is what he used to call me. On my birthday, I heard his voice at noon, my father, former President Saddam Hussein, returning from work to have lunch with the family, then a short break, to return to work again as usual every day."

She maintained that when she heard his voice she was doing her hair and wearing a red dress, but she left everything and rushed to say hello.

Raghad said that when she met her father he told her "Happy birthday my daughter" and gave her a gift. In the post, the daughter of the former Iraqi president thanked all the people who sent her birthday wishes.
