ALBAWABA - The case of the Egyptian woman Aya Adel, who died after falling from the balcony of her home in Jordan, continues to reveal new shocking details as new information about her husband emerges.

A Jordanian security source confirmed that the woman fell after a dispute with her husband and that initial investigations and documented videos of the incident showed that Aya Adel threw herself without her husband’s intervention.

On the other hand, the wife’s family still insists on accusing their daughter’s husband of causing her death.

What's new in Aya Adel's death?

The Super Women organization, which specializes in combating violence against women, stated that the husband, Karim Khaled, was found to have been used to violence during his marriage to a Russian woman and his relationship with a Bosnian woman, as they fled from him because of his “violent behavior toward them.”

The organization revealed more details about the incident and more information about the husband and said that on Friday, Feb. 14, at exactly 2:00 p.m., Aya Adel lost her life in tragic circumstances after falling from the seventh floor of her home in Jordan, where she lived with her husband after the death of her father and the chronic illness of her mother.

It further noted that the forensic report stated that there was a cut wound on the forehead with a fractured skull and severe bleeding and that the left thigh and leg were violently beaten with a sharp object such as an iron rod.

The organization called for the investigation with the husband to be expanded to include the charge of premeditated murder that the necessary protection be provided for the victim's children and family, and that a comprehensive and fair investigation be ensured into all the circumstances of the death.
