ALBAWABA - French President Emmanuel Macron was caught on camera in the middle of an altercation with his wife Brigitte Macron immediately as the plane landed in Vietnam.
Footage was widely posted on social media, especially on X, showing the plane door opening as the French president and his wife arrived in Hanoi, Vietnam. The president was seen next to the door when Brigitte's hand was seen pushing Macron in his face.
At first, the Elysee claimed that the video was edited and is fake, but contacted by French public radio, Franceinfo, confirmed the video's authenticity.
Franceinfo explained that Brigitte Macron's push to her husband, Macron, is nothing but a "banal couple’s teasing."

Emmanuel Macron arrived in Vietnam as the first stop of his Southeast Asia tour, intending to check on the "Indo-Pacific strategy" in a region caught in the middle of the confrontation between the United States and China, AFP reported on Monday.
It is worth noting that Macron landed in the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi, late Sunday, as part of the Asia tour, which will last for 6 days.
During the days, the French president is also scheduled to visit Indonesia and Singapore. Macron stopped at the Hanoi war memorial and paid tribute to soldiers who fought against French colonial occupation.
During the Vietnam visit, Macron will be holding a meeting with President Luong Cuong, then he will have lunch with Communist Party General Secretary To Lam at the capital's star attraction, the Temple of Literature.
