Spalexma dedicated an 11-song album to Kirk called "Charlie Kirk Forever," which featured the viral song in question as an outro. Released on September 16, "We Are Charlie Kirk" went viral two months later, causing a flood of memes and concern over the recent rise of AI-generated music in the industry.

A viral reel featuring the AI song described it as "the worst song they've ever heard in their life." Another added under the post's comment section that it's the "most AI-sounding song ever."

Many others expressed their discontent with AI in music, stating that it affects real artists' chances of being seen on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music, among others.

Spalexma released a whopping 18 albums in 2025, making it impossible for real artists to compete. Some artists release an album or two annually, while others release singles periodically until they pile up as a full-fledged album or EP. Additionally, other artists take their time and release an album every two or three years.
