ALBAWABA - Has Yair Lapid, the country's caretaker prime minister, just admitted that Israel has nuclear weapons and this is how it will be protected? Rather than glossing over the whole exercise we are reminded:

One of his defenders however, refuses and chooses to believe despite the fact it has been splashed all over about the nukes possessed by Israel.

But we are reminded:

Lapid's reference to Israel's other capabilities has been splashed by Times of Israel. He is certainly not hiding the fact saying Israel's has “other capabilities” to ensure the survival of the Jewish state against all threats. This is a thinly veiled reference to Israel’s widely reported stockpile of nuclear weapons, the daily adds.

Lapid was speaking at a ceremony marking the appointment of a new head of the Israel Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC). Alternate Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, who has been largely quiet since resigning as prime minister — but who continues to hold the “Iran file” in the government — also spoke at the event.

As reported by the Times Lapid said Israel’s field of operation is made up of “defensive capabilities and offensive capabilities, and what the foreign media tends to call ‘other capabilities,'” an apparent reference to Israel’s reported nuclear weapons, which the Jewish state has never officially confirmed it possesses.

Lapid should not be shy, as everyone knows, the world-over and friends in the west, that Israel possesses nuclear weapons, so why the secret. Israel's former prime minister Ehud Olmert and Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the fact openly.

Some are even comparing:

And what about Iran:

And it gets juicier or as they say the plot thickens about Israeli nukes going all way back to the early 1960s:

The netizens debate continues tell recent times: A look at this:
