As they say, an apple a day keeps the blackberry away (right?).
It seems the case as last week, Apple CEO Tim Cook took to the stage at the Flint Center in Cupertino, California and announced the highly anticipated iPhone 6 alongside it’s super-sized sibling, the iPhone 6 Plus. (Thirty years earlier, Steve Jobs launched the original Macintosh computer from that same stage!). Already this phone is selling out (just like Blackberry supporters!) and Apple is adamant that the sexy new phones expand the Apple product line rather than simply replace their predecessors, the iPhone 5s and 5c. To prove it, Apple also announced the new Apple Watch (not iWatch- got it?!?!), but the watch won’t be released until early 2015.
Despite the phones’ $650+ price tag for those of us in the Middle East, they are still sure to sell out given the Arab love for selfies, Facebook and tweets.
