Chelsea is set to offer a 100 million-pound transfer cash bundle to Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho to rebuild the club if the Portuguese makes the move back to the Blues this summer.

Following Real's crash-out from the Champions League last night, the Special One said that he will probably not be managing the Real squad next summer, adding that he wants to work at a place which he loves and from where he gets love in return, the Mirror reports.

According to the report, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to show the love - he has made Mourinho his No.1 managerial target and is ready to make a return to the big-spending early days of the Russian billionaire's ownership of the club.

Along with Mourinho, Chelsea is also targeting the 50 million-pound Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao, who is on the top of the club's wish list of players for next season.

Mourinho, who won two Premier League titles, two League Cup victories and an FA Cup providing Chelsea finish in the top four, wants 12 million pounds-a-year and control of transfers to oversee Chelsea's return to title contenders alongside Manchester United and Manchester City, the report added.
