Chelsea are set to submit an £80 million ($114m) bid for Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho - according to The Sun.
It has been suggested that the 21-year-old, who is eager to return to the Premier League, is a boyhood fan of the Blues.
Manchester United have also been strongly linked with Sancho, but Chelsea are hoping to swoop in and win the race for his signature.
