Manchester United look to finally have gotten back to winning ways with a strong victory over Aston Villa last weekend and a mid-week League Cup victory that see's them to the Semi-Finals of the Capital One Cup.

The major concerns for the moment are the loss of Robin Van Persie and now the nagging injury of Wayne Rooney that could again see him miss out on first team action and the club relying on Danny Welbeck.

Welbeck has been in fine form recently and is repaying the faith of his manager and the United fans, but will he be enough against a West Ham side that are also returning to form and health is the major question.

Sam Allardyce's Hammers secured a massive morale boost with their mid-week cup victory over Tottenham at White Hart Lane and will look to ride that momentum into their match at Old Trafford.

With Kevin Nolan still missing from the West Ham first team following his sending off at Anfield against Liverpool the Hammers midfield will be lacking some of its teeth going forward, but the continued form of Modibo Maiga and Ravel Morrison is looking promising.

West Ham have the ability to cause United problems and if they come out of the gate aggressive enough they could earn a draw at Old Trafford and further frustrate the Red Devils.

United XI: De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Evans, Evra; Cleverly, Giggs; Valencia, Rooney, Januzaj; Welbeck.

Hammers XI: Jaaskelainen; Demel, Collins, McCartney, Rat; Noble, Collison; Diame, Morrison, Jarvis; Maiga.
