World Anti-Doping Agency president John Fahey has said he does not think Novak Djokovic has the faintest idea what his organization does.
The Serbian recently said he had lost faith in the system and labeled compatriot Viktor Troicki's 12-month ban for missing a drugs test a total injustice.
Fahey dismissed the comments as unhelpful and said it was up to the sport to do more to fight against doping.
