Egyptian actress Dalia Al Buhairi has given her approval to star in the new television drama “Bi Amr Al Hub” (According to Love), which is scheduled to be aired in the Ramadan season of 2011. The actress has already begun preparations for the new drama, despite the fact that the remaining cast have not yet been chosen.
According to the London based Elaph, Dalia revealed that the script of drama is written by Fida’ Al Shandaweeli, who until this moment has not completed writing al the episodes. The delay in completing the script is the reason the remaining cast have not been chosen. The makers of the drama want to have the script complete in order to choose the right actors for the roles.
The reason behind Dalia’s absence from the big screen and her concentration on television is due to the fact that she finds what she wants in television dramas and the roles she had been offered for different films she feels do not suit her or add to her career.
Dalia’s last television drama was “Reesh Na’am” (Ostrich Feathers) alongside Egyptian actor Amro Waked. The drama was aired during the recent Ramadan season and witnessed significant success.
