Egyptian actor Foad Khaleel has passed away at the age of 73 after a long battle with cancer. Before his death, Foad was being treated at the Army Hospital after he was partially paralyzed. All the actor’s medical fees were covered by the army.
The funeral ceremony will take place at the Rabia Al Adawieh Mosque in the eastern parts of Cairo and condolences will be received at the Al Rashdan Mosque in Cairo.
Foad had entered the acting world after a white lie he made about being the cousin of prominent Egyptian actress Shadia and that he had been acting since the age of 7.
The late actor took part in numerous films the highlight of which was “Al Kayf” alongside actor Mahmoud Abd Al Aziz.
