Lebanese singer Maya Diab is currently in a hospital in Beirut after she experienced a hard fall in her dressing room. Maya had stumbled from an elevated location in her dressing room and a ladder fell on her back causing her to break a leg in addition to minor injuries in her back.
Doctors have not yet specified a release date from the hospital. It is said that once the singer is released, she is to remain home for at least three weeks to regain her strength and fully recover from the fall.
