Prominent Egyptian actress Yusra has revealed during an interview with the weekly program “Scoop”, which is aired on the Middle Eastern Broadcasting Company (MBC) channel, that she will be starring in a new film that tackles the life of the late Egyptian queen Farida.
Yusra stated that preparations for this project will take a period of one year at least to complete.
On a different note, Yusra denied circulating rumors that she will take part in the new television drama “Firqit Naji Attallah” starring prominent Egyptian comedian actor Adel Imam. Yusra stated that she is looking for a unique story to use for a television drama to enter the drama race of Ramadan 2011 with. The actress noted that she wants the story to present woman in a new way.
