US forces board M/T Majestic X tanker transporting oil from Iran

ALBAWABA - The U.S. Department of War said in a statement that American forces have boarded a vessel carrying Iranian oil. In a post on X, the Pentagon said, "Overnight, U.S. forces carried out a maritime interdiction and right-of-visit boarding of the sanctioned stateless vessel M/T Majestic X transporting oil from Iran, in the Indian Ocean within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility."
