First Lebanon–Israel Direct Talks in 43 Years Open in Washington

ALBAWABA- Lebanese and Israeli delegations met in Washington on Monday for the first direct preparatory talks between the two sides since 1983, in a US-hosted effort to explore the possibility of a ceasefire and a broader de-escalation of hostilities.
