A newly established real estate services company - Kasb Property Management LLC - disclosed Monday its plans to organise a regional property exhibition to promote real estate projects. According to Khaleej Times, KASB Property Management LLC made this announcement at a ceremony to launch its business operations in Abu Dhabi.
The company intends to integrate all real estate services under one roof which will include real estate investment, financing, insurance, evaluation, advertising and marketing as well as realty-focused media. It will also take the initiative in forming a platform called the Arab Association for Real Estate Investment to accelerate the growth and development of the real estate industry in the UAE, the GCC region and the Arab world.
