Al-Ahlia Investment Company to implement real estate projects

The assistant of Al-Ahlia Investment Company general manager, Abdullah Abd al-Salam al-Awdi, said that the capital value of the company's real estate projects reached more than 300 million Kuwaiti Dinars ($1.027 billion). Most of these projects will be accomplished soon, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Rai al-Aam on September 26.

 

Al-Awdi mentioned the progress in the accomplishment of Pearl of Khayran  housing project, which includes 10 towers of 20 floors each. The project will be populated by 2008 and will include commercial complex with restaurants and cafes.

 

Al-Awdi was speaking on the margins of the general assembly of "Bawabat al-Ahlia Real Estate", which was established by Al-Ahlia Gulf Holding Company with 60 million Kuwaiti Dianrs ($205.4 million) capital.
