Altitude Software, a leading independent contact centre solutions vendor, has been selected by Transcom to implement the Altitude uCI 7 solution in all of its 40 sites, in a three year contract.
Transcom chose Altitude uCI 7, at the end of a very competitive selection process, as it was able to increase productivity by up to 300 per cent in key applications, improve service levels in pilot sites and as it can be deployed rapidly. Altitude uCI 7, rolled out in late 2003, is a suite of customer interaction management solutions that are designed to deliver a return on investment and improve operational effectiveness in contact centres while lowering total cost of ownership.
"At Transcom, we are committed to continuously finding ways to add value for our customers. The decision to deploy Altitude uCI 7 solutions reflects Transcom's commitment to have consistently high standards across our service centres, while enhancing the management of our customer offerings and improving the quality of our service", commented Mr. Keith Russell, Transcom Worldwide's CEO. Mr. Gasto Taveira, Altitude Software's CEO, stressed the importance of the agreement: "As a leading independent global contact centre solutions vendor, Altitude Software has the resources, the global reach and the expertise necessary to partner with one of the major European players in the growing CRM outsourcing field".
