Amwaj Plaza 1 developers and BankMuscat International (BMI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to allow mortgage facilities for individual buyers in project. Norwich International Consultants (NIC), the exclusive agents promoting the plaza, noted that 80 per cent of the project had been sold to foreign investors.
According to the GDN, NIC chairman and founder Neil D'Silva said the market reacted positively to the project and the unique location.
