Rents have been skyrocketing in Dubai over the past 12 months, according to a recent survey published by Asteco. But, the real estate developer projects prices are likely to stabilize in the medium term.
Rents for one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Dubai went up by an average of 38 per cent over the last 12 months, the survey has indicated. Two-bedroom apartments saw the highest hikes, with a 44 per cent rise in the year from October 2004.
