The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has rolled out the implementation of its new bonus policy for all Tasheel service centres.
For every completed application, the director of the service centre will receive Dh2. The deputy director will also receive Dh1 per completed application, as per Al Khaleej report.
The bonus for the customer service staff remains at Dh45 per application so long as the processing fee is no less than Dh100.
Bonuses range from Dh20,000 and up to Dh80,000 per month after some individuals finished 2,000 applications. Their salaries would range from Dh6,000 to Dh8,000.
