Dubai-based regional human resources and recruitment specialist Clarendon Parker Middle East has consolidated its entire operation to Dubai Internet City (DIC) in a technology-driven move. The company, acquired by Luby earlier this year, previously operated two offices in Dubai.
The consolidation has seen the company move to new 2,000 square foot office. “Recruitment is increasingly being carried out on-line and the DIC telecommunications and IT infrastructure allows for file server and bits per second connection upgrades,” said Clarendon Parker General Manager and owner, Patrick Luby.
Clarendon Parker is active in the telecom, finance, customer services and construction sectors. It is currently receiving between 600-700 applications a day and foresees substantial growth over the next 12 months.
“Within a year I envisage our daily application rate doubling,” explained Luby. “Our new IT infrastructure will allow Clarendon Parker to handle the increase and will also rationalize our own employees productivity.”
Clarendon Parker, which has Arabic-speaking recruitment specialists on its staff, also has consulting expertise provided by personnel qualified by the British Psychological Society in personality and skill evaluations. — (menareport.com)
