The Dubai Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) will be producing an Aerodrome Manual and a Safety Management Systems manual in accordance to a new regulation published by the ICAO.
In order to update the Department of Civil Aviation officials on the requirement, a presentation was done by Senior Aerodrome Regulations and Licensing Officer the Paul Roberts, at Dubai International Airport. The presentation was organized by the Director Operations, DCA Mohammad Al-Ahli.
“Between the Aerodrome Manual and the Safety Management Systems, each and every aspect of airport operations and details of procedures will be listed down. This will ensure responsibility and accountability at every step which will help us continuously provide a very high standard of service and safety to passengers and airlines,” said Al-Ahli. — (menareport.com)
