Dubai Festival City, is projecting over 20,000 people for the opening day of its IKEA and Toyota showrooms. The openings will take place on November 16. They mark the first phase launches of the city-within-a-city's 2.6 million square foot retail, entertainment and hospitality focal point, Festival Centre.
Over 3,000 parking spaces have been opened up to accommodate the massive influx of customers, Khaleej Times reported.
