The $70 million residential unit of the Dubai Sport City (DSC), 'the Cube', a joint investment of German firms, has delayed its pre-sales. The property investment house Trend Capital, leader of the development, claimed "technical difficulties" responsible for the delay, Khaleej Times reported.
The Cube project is one of the first residential buildings which was announced in Dubai Sports City. This is the first example of German investment in the city of Dubai.
