The total value of land transactions in Dubai registered yesterday peaked at Dhs94.40 million, of which sales exceeded Dhs23 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs70.97 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 4 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Suq Al Kabeer that was sold for Dhs11.626 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Suq Al Kabeer acquired for the sum of Dhs6.8 million and another in Jumeira Third for Dhs3.0108 million
