Emaar Properties has announced the service charges for the Greens and Dubai Marina Phase 1 communities following months of negotiations with the home owners representatives - with prices ranging from Dh9.45 to Dh10.65 per square foot.
Residents of the Greens’ Al Sidr, Al Jaz, Al Nakheel and Al Ghaf communities will have to pay Dh9.75 per square foot (psf) as service charge while home-owners at Al Samar, Al Dhafrah, Al Arta, Al Thayyal and Al Ghozlan will pay Dh9.45 psf.
