Emaar Properties' bid to recommend a 20 per cent dividend for 2004 is just a recommendation and not a final decision.
"The final decision on this matter will be taken in the AGM of the company scheduled for March," Mohammad Ali Al Abbar, company chairman and director-general of the Dubai Department of Economic Department, told reporters Sunday.
