Falcon City of Wonders, an ambitious AED 5.5 billion project being set up within Dubailand, has announced its strong participation at the Worldwide Property Show, to be held from November 18 to 20, 2005, at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.  Falcon City of Wonders will have an extensive presence at the property exhibition, occupying one of the event’s two largest floor spaces.

Falcon City of Wonders is unique, purpose-built community project featuring structures based on the architectural wonders of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition, the project comprises villas, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs, schools and parks.

“We have been aggressively promoting Falcon City of Wonders at a global level, and our strong participation at the Worldwide Property Show is in keeping with this broader strategy,” said Salem Al Moosa, Chairman and CEO, Falcon City of Wonders LLC. “This exhibition is an important event, and its international profile ensures participation of leading worldwide investors, property developers and real estate agents. Having an extensive presence at the exhibition affords us an opportunity to reach out to this high-potential audience, and will enable us to realize our twin objectives of creating better brand awareness and establishing business contacts.”

The Worldwide Property Show is a high-profile international exhibition attracting leading international developers, agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, lawyers, investment companies, offshore banks and real estate agents. Exhibitors from Europe, America, North and South Africa, Far East, Australasia and the Middle East will be participating in the show, which is open to public.

“Falcon City of Wonders has already generated considerable investor interest regionally and internationally. The project will effectively be a land of civilizations, creating an exotic ambience for visitors, while educating them about the culture, tradition and lifestyles of people from different ages. Besides being an entertainment and leisure destination, Falcon City of Wonders also features an amazing range of uniquely-designed residential properties and luxury hotels, which distinguishes it from other projects,” Al Moosa added.

Falcon City had recently entered into a strategic partnership with finance provider AMLAK to facilitate purchase and investment. The agreement was aimed at making Falcon City properties more accessible to a wider range of people across the region.

At the Worldwide Property Show, Falcon City will display the project’s show model, which features the entire range of structures that make up the project, including the wonders of the world. The aesthetically illuminated 25 square metre model will also contain the 1,400 villas and 54 G+6 buildings to be located within the project.

Falcon City’s participation at Worldwide Property Show comes close on the heels of its successful outing at Cityscape 2005, the 4th international property investment and development exhibition and conference recently held in Dubai. During the exhibition, all 345 villas that comprise the project’s first phase of villas were sold out. Falcon City has announced plans to participate in other upcoming property shows to be held in the UAE and elsewhere in the region.
