The Kuwait Pipe Industries and Oil Services Company (KPIOSC) has agreed to cooperate with Germany’s Bentek Company in oil rig reconstruction and repairs, reported KUNA. The German firm will use KPIOSC’s installations to manufacture and remanufacture oil rigs and auxiliary equipment while searching for a market for its products in the Middle East.
Established in 1966, KPIOSC is a pipe manufacturer and pipeline contractor. The company also provides a range of technical and engineering services in the pipe and oil services sectors.
KPIOSC's production facilities comprise approximately 250,000 square meters in Kuwait's Sulaibiya Industrial District. Several thousand kilometers of the company's pipelines are currently serving industries and communities throughout Asia and Africa as well as Middle East. — (menareport.com)
