Iraq's State Company for Foodstuff Trading (SCFT) has issued a tender for the purchase of 25,000-50,000 tons of white sugar, it said, according to <i>Reuters</i>. Offers must be received not later than Monday 2 pm Baghdad time. Offers must be for two to four cargoes of 12,500 tons for each cargo, plus or minus five percent variance at the option of the seller.
