According to <i>Alfurat</i>, Iraqi Planning minister, Dr. Mahdi Alhafez conveyed that the human development department carried out training courses, which were granted to Iraq by some countries as a technical assistance. Dr. Alhafez said that a total of 183 courses were held. He added that the department had assessed that 25 ministries need 485 courses for training purposes.
The minister noted that the Patriotic Center for Consulting and Development with the assistance of the ministry of science and technology formed a common team to establish a village for telecommunication and technological information.
