Iraq's crude oil output rises

Iraq's crude oil output averaged 2.11 million b/d in the week ending Feb 13, slightly higher than the output produced the previous week, a recent American report said. The Iraqi oil ministry aims at a production level of 2.9 million b/d the end of this year. All in all, the report estimated Iraq's crude export revenue at $570 million in February.

 

Iraq's overall revenue for 2004 amounted to $17.01 billion compared with just $5.08 billion in 2003.
