Jeddah Municipality has agreed to study 160,000 applications for residential grants submitted in 1418h (1997), reported Al-Madinah newspaper. Dr. Mohammed Al-Jifri, lands’ supervisor at the municipality said that the applications would be forwarded to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs after they were studied and reduced in number.
