Kuwait Projects Company (Kipco) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Abdali Investment & Development to become a strategic partner in the urban regeneration project for downtown Amman. Kipco Group's total investment in the project will hit $400 million.
This includes its equity stake and additional investments.
