A Lebanese businessman won $1 million, while two others drove away luxury vehicles when their winning ticket numbers were drawn in Tuesday's Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise promotions at Dubai International Airport.

Antoine Labaki, a 45-year old Lebanese national from Beirut, bought his winning ticket number 3277 online in Series 279, and said after hearing the news: "Buying a ticket online to win $1 million has become a habit for me for the past four years. Nonetheless, I was a little unsure when I received a phone call from Dubai Duty Free today. It was not until my details were read over the phone that I started to believe that I indeed become a millionaire."

A father of three, Labaki owns a construction business and is the 11th Lebanese national to win $1 million since its inception in 1999.
