The Lebanese Minister of Energy and Water, Mohammed Baydhoun, and the Chairman of the Lebanese Development and Reconstruction Council, Jamal Aitany, signed an agreement with the Japanese International Cooperation Agency, reported Al-Hayat . The agreement consists of preparing a comprehensive scheme to manage all the water resources in Lebanon until 2030. The minister estimates the costs of the plan at $10 million.
