ALBAWABA - Artificial Intelligence took Morocco by storm amid introducing Kenza Layli, which is the first AI influencer in the country!
Kenza Layli who is a 33-year-old millennial made purely from AI, with an appearance that respects Morocco's values and culture celebrated receiving more than a whopping 100,000 followers on short notice. Kenza appeared across several social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
The influencer in question garnered a total of 118K followers on Instagram and is very active on the platform in both video and photo formats. She also occasionally interacts with her fans through DMs and comment sections.
Morocco welcomes its first AI influencer!
Kenza describes herself as a Lifestylist who promotes Beauty, Fashion, and, Food. Additionally, She has a sister who is also made with AI called Zina Layli who is a university student who is interested in content creation, fashion, and lifestyle. She also is a book lover.
AI influencers have become a trend among social media users and creators because of their ease in making a quick buck. According to IT Reseller, Lu do Magalu is an AI influencer who garnered more than £26,200 just from a sponsored post on Instagram!

Erem News asked a Journalist and researcher in media sciences called Mohamed Karim Boukhassas about the matter. He said:
"The problem is the mistaken belief in the ease of creating content without paying attention to the required technical and professional standards, stressing that “Artificial intelligence may contribute to improving and displaying digital content, but it will not be effective in the absence of a distinguished human content creator.”
What he means by that, is that without humans working and producing content is invalid as AI influencers wouldn't exist without them, which opens up opportunities for some while others may get affected negatively, similar to the art and music industry.
