Bahrain-based Enshaa Development Real Estate Company has purchased the land parcel where a mega resort will be developed within the mixed-use Al Areen development. Al Areen Holding Company said the mega resort will spread across 51,900 square metres at the north-eastern end of the Al Areen development, adjacent to a large shopping mall and Arabian Suq.
The mixed resort location overlooks a world-class water park to the west as well as the Al Areen Wildlife Sanctuary.
