The Emirate of Al-Fujeirah is ready for the launch of "Jannat al- Fujeirah" (Paradize Al-Fujeirah) resort in Al-Aqa area, near Le-Meridian Al-Aqa. The new resort will include approximately 1000 Villas, designed according to 5-star standards on a total area of 700,000 square meters. The total investments in the project will amount to Dh3 billion ($816.7 million), reported Al-Watan newspaper.
The project is considered the largest of its kind in the region and is a joint investment between Al-Fujeirah government and Golden Riyadh Establishment. Al-Fujeirah government provides the land plot and the Saudi side will provide the financing.
The project is expected to be signed during the next few days following the finalization of the agreement. The accomplishment of the project is expected to last two years.
The price of one villa is expected to reach Dh3.5 million ($952,900). Each villa will be constructed on a 5,000 square feet, and will include three sleeping rooms, a living room and a bathroom in the upper floor, a sitting room, two bathrooms and a kitchen in the first floor, and an outdoor garden.
The resort will include also a huge commercial market and a large hotel. This project is located in a region surrounded by high mountains and beaches. Several huge projects are currently planned to be constructed in these areas of Al-Aqa, al-Dadna and Al-Badiyah in the Emirate of Al-Fujeirah.
