Al Bustan Centre and Residence Recognized for Good Standards in Hospitality Service
It gives us a great pleasure to announce that Al Bustan Centre & Residence was awarded International Hospitality Risk Assurance award under “ Stay Safe” Program for achieving good standards of safety and security at the property. The entire management team rejoiced to this achivement by sharing this moment with Chief Operating Officer – Moussa El Hayek who received the plaque from his Senior Management team at the Monthly Recognition Ceremony.
The property celebrated the achievement at the Employees’ Recognition event where Moussa El Hayek, acknowledged his management team and staff for showcasing excellent performance and providing exceptional service.
Al Bustan Centre and Residence holds such monthly recognition to employees to boost their morale and motivate them, bringing the best well as honing their strengths and abilities. Certificate of Appreciation were given to the employees who were able to complete various training modules at the property, star employees were recognized from Housekeeping, Engineering and Stewarding departments while special mention of promotions took place to inform all the staff members.
Major accomplishments were given acknowledgements including the Supervisor of the Month from the F&B Department and Associate of the Quarter from the Engineering Department. The most important award, Employee of the Month went to Housekeeping Department for the exceptional performance during the month of September.
